Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about our water filtration systems
How often should I replace my water filters?
For optimal performance, pre-filters should be replaced every 6-12 months, while the reverse osmosis membrane typically lasts 2-4 years depending on water quality.
Can I install the RO system myself?
Yes, our systems are designed for DIY installation. Each kit includes a detailed manual and all necessary components for a standard under-sink setup.
What is the difference between Reverse Osmosis and standard carbon filters?
Reverse Osmosis (RO) removes up to 99% of contaminants, including arsenic, fluoride, and heavy metals, which standard carbon filters cannot effectively eliminate.
Does the system require electricity to operate?
Most of our standard RO systems operate on water pressure alone and do not require electricity. Only specific UV or booster pump models require a power outlet.
Will an RO system lower the pH of my water?
Reverse osmosis can slightly lower pH by removing minerals. We offer alkaline remineralization filters to restore essential minerals and balance pH levels.
Is the faucet included with the filtration system?
Yes, all our under-counter systems come with a 100% lead-free designer faucet available in various finishes to match your kitchen decor.
